Just for Fun

With some fotos that I’ve taken, I run them through an art program called Corel Paint.  It’s a fun way to turn fotos into all different types of work…. oil paintings, watercolors, etc.

Sometimes, something catches your eye.  A shadow, a color, some form of movement.  I’ve started looking at the not so obvious, or actually just letting the not so obvious look for me.  Here are a couple of Shadow People I captured recently.

The Shadow Hombre in the Palisades of Cimarron Canyon State Park, New Mexico. Complete with sombrero and serape, he wanders the cliffside.  I can’t tell whether he is coming or going.

I captured this Indian Shadow Maiden just above Newspaper Rock in the Petrified Forest of Arizona.  It was as if she was trying to decipher the ancient writings inscribed in the rocks.

Hippie Shadow Maiden

And another shadow person in the Petrified Forest.  I thought this one looked like a hippie stepping out for the evening with a floral headdress and all.
