Vermont
Vermont is known for its natural landscape, beautiful fall colors and its amazing maple syrup, But did you know it is also home to 100, 19th century covered bridges? The covered bridges used to be known as the “kissing bridges” due to the moments of privacy they afforded to courting couples riding through on horse-drawn carriages. Today they provide beautiful settings for weddings, scenic drives, photography and memories that will last a lifetime.Check out a few bridges below.
Maine
Maine is known for its jagged, rocky Atlantic Ocean and bay-shore coastlines, mountains, heavily forested interior, and its cuisine, particularly wild lowbush blueberries and seafood such as lobster and clams. Sadly, I’m allergic to shellfish, but the cuisine was amazing anyways!
